I was in Alaska last month and went to Alaskalist.com. I found primers listed as "caps". I was so frustrated because they wanted $5/1,000 but I could not fly them home. Check out Craigslist, might score a deal.

Totally exhausted, dirty and smelling of chainsaw is all forgotten when you look at the 4 cords of wood you just put up for winter! A full wood shed is like a full shelf of primers, powders and bullets.

I went and purchased the first 5,000 from the guy. He upped the price to $6.50/100. So for $315.00 I received 5,000 Federal Match Large rifle. I'm certain he told me they were CCI. Oh well...I hope the 10,000 LRM are CCI. I think both are just great, but CCI's take up a lot less space due...

I'm having shower doors installed right now! Installer saw my Hornady manual. Said he got divorced and has 10,000 LR and 10,000 LRM CCI primers. I'm going to buy them at $5 per hundred. You just never know!

When I find them, I buy them. I never resell, instead, as an example, I loaded 200 6.5 Grendels for a shirt tail relative yesterday. Can't help if you don't have them.

I bought a Savage Long Range Hunter 110 in 6.5 x 284. I loaded up 140gr Accubonds. 8 years ago the guys at the range told me my bullets weren't seated properly. After dialing in the scope, the 5 shot string was a tattered hold my dime covered walking out to the 100 yard target. One year...
