When we get our Antelope, the first thing we do is quarter them up to fit in coolers with icewater, salt and vinegar and change it every day for 3 or 4 days. This takes the sage taste out. I would rather have Antelope than any other meat.
Thanks benchracer, I had heard that it was pretty bad but was just wondering about shooting out of bolt rifle. I've had it for years but wouldn't shoot it in my M1a so instead of pulling bullets I think I'll punch holes in paper with the bolt gun.
