Yes, it is a 7mm Remington Magnum necked down to 25 caliber. Some gunsmiths call it a 25-264 It has velocities comparable to the 25-stw. Thanks, Gary

It isn't pressure as all 3 of us have loaded way down. I tried loads that were 5 grains lower than the listed starting load. 100 grain ballsitic tip with 70 grains of Ram Shot Magnum and the pocket expanded after one firing.
