    Tipped TSX bullet

    I've run the 130 ttsx to 3175 fps with Varget powder and the 150 ttsx to 2980 fps with RE15. Not sure of the VTR's barrel length, but mine is 22".

    Which of these two loads would you use?

    Just to echo what has already been said. My neighbor shot a 6 X 6 bull last fall with my Win M70 at 480 yds using the 200 gr accubond over 66 gr H4350. Velocity from my 24" factory tube was 2810. One shot, one dead elk. Velocity is great, but not needed to kill big elk. Just my 2 cents.

    Powder recomendations 200gr. Accubond 300WM??

    I've had good luck with 66 gr. H4350, fed 210m, win brass, COL 3.425". 2890 fps out of 24" Winchester M70. Not a max load in my rifle but best accuracy. Friend shot a 5 X 6 bull last fall at 431 yards with this load. No complaints!!
