Hi Derek, In 3 weeks from now in northern Ontario the temperature should be around -10 to -15 ,on average , but can change very quickly. Dress for cold weather(layer) and drink plenty of water(cold dehydration).Good Luck on the Wolf hunt. Mountainoak.....
