    Alaska Grizzly Bullet Choice

Sorry for the long reply time . NASS created a Canadian series using a rebated rim on the Jefferies .416 . Basically Remington changed shoulder angle and brought out the ultra mag. Aubrey White and his partner had brass produced in 7 mm, 300, 338, 375 and 416 with over 100,000 of each product...

The other major factor besides winds are the elevation and verticals . An up or down of more than 10 degrees usually has a dramatic effect on hunters true ranging abilities let alone reliable 1 shot hits.

    Alaska Grizzly Bullet Choice

Hammer hunters seem to be working well on my buffalo, most and elk. They stopped us hunting grizz in Canada but black definitely don’t get up after a smack with my .375 Canadian

    Best long range target firearm

I have a .375 Canadian with 300 grains I can carry. My .375 Cheytac has a March 5 x40 scope and 410 grain turned projectiles. Accurate but at 28 lbs not a carry gun. Anyone who’s opinion posts no muzzle break required hasn’t regularly shot and owned a Cheytac, or a true big bore .
