Thank you very much for your input. I will try the Winchesters and see how it goes. If the rifle goes into Savage, I might ask the custom shop for a dollar figure to bring it down to sub MOA. Or maybe there is an issue with the rifle, which of course they will fix. Thanks again for your input.
