I recently started shooting again and I am having a problem with my position. The crosshairs on my scope move left to right when shooting prone and bench. It happens with both of my rifles and they each have there own scope. Any ideas what can cause this and how to fix it?

I have a factory browning A-bolt and a factory winchester M70, both shoot under 1/2 MOA with hand loads.

I am using 215 Berger hybrid, and Hornady brass. What primers and powder should I use? I would like to stay with Hodgdon but I am open to new ideas.

Tried the .277 in 150 grain again in my .270 and still no luck. The tightest group I had today was 2 inches. I tried changing seating depth and no luck. I loaded up some sierra 135 match kings and shot 10 rounds in .7 inch group.
