Ok thanks for the replies. The reason I am asking is because I want to try to load the Berger 168 vld, and Berger recommends a 1/9 twist rate.

I have a 1981 Remington 700 7mm mag, and I can not find out what the barrel twist is. If anybody knows the rate I would appreciate the help. Thanks

We will probably shoot it again this weekend, and I will test it again. From the responses it sounds like it most likely isn't the scope.

My brother in law has a 3-18x50mm VX-6 on a 300 Weatherby. The rifle is sighted in at 300 yards. We click and shoot all the way out to 500 yards, and the tracking does fine. When we track all the way back to zero, the 300 yard shot is always low when we set the turrets back to zero. Does anybody...

What do you think about cases with really small creases? I have a lot of them from my bag where the brass looks good except for a super small dent with slight crease. I was having a hard time trying to get my camera to take a good photo of these small little creases.

I have a brand new bag of 308 Winchester brass and half of the bag has small dents or creases. I am posting pictures and should I just throw away all of this brass or is it safe to use? This was the worst patch I have ever received from Winchester.
