Criteria for me is anything that can parallax down to 25 yards with a top end of at least 20X. Wide FOV is also helpful for me to spot misses when shooting at distance, but they are tough to see regardless.

The parallax on the 5-25x is marked down to 35 yards, but like the 3-18x, it does rotate further. The Q&A portion for the scope has a post that it does focus down to 25 yards. I ordered the MPO based on that and will see once it comes in.

Hard to beat the Leupold VX5 or VX6 if your preference is capped turrets/SFP. If you want FFP and ability to dial windage/elevation, the Brownells MPO is a scope I really like. Just picked up the 3-18x50 and very impressed for a $1000 scope.

What is the reticle? MD2?

Appreciate everyone's help on this. Since I had some specific specs, most of the offers I received would have involved swapping the barrel and stock. Opted to go with a SAC Tikka 260 Rem.
