Pretty much the same exact result if your bullet drops .001 larger than fired brass, as bpcrshooter stated.

I tested it and can’t remember the velocity off hand but I know I hit pressure with a pretty low case fill. Moved on to something slower.

How the barrels sits in the lathe in relation to the OD of the barrel, has nothing to do with how concentric the chamber is to the bore.

for me they shot best at 0.030 off. Given that, they shot really tight about anywhere between 0.020 and 0.080 off before opening up a little. Didn’t try any closer than 0.020 as it was for hunting purposes. Could be wildly different for your rifle, you’ll just have to test. But 0.020 is a good...
