Only thing I can say is d.r.t. with the amax/eld. Last year I shot one @ 100 yrds with the 123 gr and one @ 200 yards with the 100 gr amax both dead right then.Then one @ 300 yards and one at 350 yards both with the 95 gr Vmax, I don't suggest the Vmax for deer they did travel about 15 yards...

Dude I Grendel hunt with the A-Max and the Eld. They'll knock a Deer on their *** at distance too.

That's some pretty depressing stuff. I too am looking at 22-24" max options in the 6.5 mm class for a hunting-target type rig and I'm already getting 2765 fps out of a 20" 6.5 Creedmoor using Varget and 140"s < .5 moa out to 500 yards. I'm thinking with faster burning powder's to accommodate for...
