I've been blowing up 88 ELD-M from a 28"barrel 22 creed at 3200's every time I've tried to find a load. But I've ran the 80 ELD-M up to 3545fps without a failure. I think they must have a jacket issue with a batch of 88's
There's no way in my mind that bullet should be limited to 2750fps...
I use these after multiple uses some have a little static but nothing bad enough to bother me. Best price per unit I've found and I've been happy with them. They are pretty big though but I load large loads of blackhorn.

I was in it about $1200 for barrel+brake including load through funnel+ignition system 25 modules +smooth bore swagging die +3 piece collapsible ramrod. I already had the savage action and stock here. Kick wise it's probably similar to my 6.5x284 with no brake but way more concision and blast...
This rifle has a smokeless rated barrel so don't try this load in any other muzzleloader. The load is 115 grains by weight of blackhorn 209 pushing a 325 grain alco alpha hunter bullet at 2520 fps ignited by cci250 primer.
Here's my 2019 muzzleloader buck shot was 574 yards ranged with a sig Kilo 2400abs, rifle is savage model 12 action, brux barrel, HIS ignition, 325 Alco alpha hunter bullet, Blackhorn 209 powder.
This was videoed through a set of 15x56 binoculars at 750 yards. Using a home made adaptor for a galaxy s5.
The plate is 10x16 with a 4"white plate hanging in front.

I have owned all the rifles you asked about they are all capable of your requirements. The 2 I still have are the savages IMO they will do it with less tuning. But for deer out 2 600 pick the one that fits you the best and don't look back.
