I have been slowly learning to reload for 2 years. I currently have a Sako 75 in 7mm and have been shooting Berger 168 gr w/ Retumbo trying for sub moa past 400 yards. You seem to be a few steps ahead of me with you 7mm and Berger experiences and was wondering if you could tell me what is important and what is smoke and mirrors with the reloading/rifles. Neck sizing for example I have not done, yet. I use RCBS dies, should I go a different route there. Do you need a Shilen barrel to consistently get good results or should most Sako or other nice quality rifles be able to go .5 moa. Curious of your opinions. Thanks.
