They're seated now to mag length, ill have to see what that is when I get home, I'd like to be able to use the magazine, but I guess the reality is that I single load anyway so really doesn't matter..... I'll load up a few at different depths then look at groups at maybe 300...but ill look at...

It was 100y, I was zeroing the scope, all groups were ¾ moa.... I'm thinking I'll reload as accurately and carefully as possible then go out 600-ish and see what the groups look like. I'm running real low on powder now 😳

Ok I shot 4 groups of 5 to see how it groups.... its sub-moa so no complaints. This group felt great, I got excited about it and threw the last shot low right but still certainly can't complain!

I'm anxious to see how they group too.... do you think a harmonic node will also reflect in the velocities of certain loads. I mean the idea is to find a relaxed state in the barrel harmonics, wouldn't that also be relative to velocities? I'm curious your thoughts on this

I'll check the group that load shoots in next few days and report back.... however at distance group size doesn't matter as much as velocity. However group size and shape more importantly represents the loads ability to throw consistently shaped groups at distance, hope that makes sense, lol...

What do you think I would see that the actual velocities didn't show or imply? Tight SD's will always look good at 600 .... even loose velocities will look good at 600 with a lapua, .... not being a smart *** so please don't take this out of context, thank you for the reply

I thought the very same, however I'm at the bottom of my velocity needed at 2850fps for 1,760yards

At 95grs, it's just under full capacity....

As stated earlier there were no pressure signs at all, was actually kinda surprised...

I had 7 out of 9 groups under 1" and 4-5 of those at ½"..... l think it likes the combo, just gotta find the best ELR combo.....

I went out today and shot 10 rounds at 10 different charge weights. My goal was to reach a velocity (2,850ish) to get to a mile without pressure issues. So I loaded up each round in .5gr increments starting at 91gr and ending at 95.5...... to my surprise there were no pressure signs, plus bolt...

Horizontal stringing could still happen at 5-600 yards with perfect seating depth, just from shooter error..... and good charge weight can show excessive verticle dispersion if the SD is excessive...... I'm not sure this way of testing is very accurate. I don't believe any test at 500+ yards has...
