    264 Win Mag Powder & 140gr Accubonds?

You will be lucky to get 3250 with 140 gr bullets. I load H 4350 for mine with 140 gr Nos-parts to 3200.. The bigger case always wins,,you will not match your 7mm for velocity with the same wieght 3350 seems real hot for a 7mm rem mag, the 7 Rum chrons at 3400-50 avg with 90-95 grains...

    Barrel Heat,,what do you think

I decided to brush the dust off an old, but like new, L61-R finnbear chambered in 30-06 which I never did much with. I mounted a Burris FF-2 scope which was an extra scope I had kicking around never out of the box. Range report, help me decide what to try first... First shot at 100yards out of...

A reflection on bullet performance, thoughts

Was down stairs rooting through my supplies, componants, and reflecting back 10-15, years ago when loading mostly for my huning guns, 30-06, 270s, 308s, and a 300 win mag. I looked in what I call the old pile, of Hdy bullets now replaced with accubonds and TSX bullets at 3 times the cost...

    7 mm ultramag load?

I found Retumbo the best, I use 98.0 gr (above max) for 140s at 3650 fps, cuts the same hole. I have a second rum, that I load 168 VLDs (93.5 gr) of rutumbo (above max) it works well again well under MOA. I struggled with these rums, until Retumbo came along.
