I run a 160 gr. Accubond Nosler with 64.5 grs. RE22, Winchester brass and Fed 215 primers. From a Winchester 70 heavy barrel it clocks 2980 ft/sec.

I found 56 grs. IMR4350 with the 165 gr. Sierra GK works well in my Model 70 or 57 grs. of H4350. This is with Winchester brass and CCI 200s. Both loads run mid 2830-2850 ft/sec. in my rifle.

Ian: I shoot a Stealth in .223 and it loves 69 gr SMKs. It'll dump them into .4s and sometimes less. I'm still testing various powders, but the Stealth is tops for the money. It carries a Leupold 4.5-14x40 in Badgers.
