For home and range I like a SIG-522 in .22 LR. Gun is inexpensive, ammo is inexpensive, if used for home defense the .22LR and 25 round mag. is just right. I like it for fun on the indoor and outdoor range. And for small game hunting. Once someone sees it they want one.
