Not! I love the 260 it is better than the Needmore but that was not the question. While the 6.5 PRC is better than either 260 & Creed they fall short, ballistically to the 55yr old 6.5 Remington Magnum. Just saying.

Guys both the 6.5 CM and 6.5 PRC were obsolete at their birth by 50 years . The 6.5 Remington and the 264 Win both are better in all aspects. Check it out!

Is your "free floated" barrel touching your tupperware stock? If so clear the barrel channel by 1/4" so it does not touch the barrel.

The rifle is a re-chambered Tikka T3x .5 needmore to a 6.5 PRC using the factory lock, stock, barrel and trigger. It shoots bug holes at 200 yards and deer out to 725 yards. Love this rifle!
