Sorry, I just saw this. Computor retarded best describes me. I have not shot it yet. About every 2 weeks i carve some more on the stock. I should have bought a more completed stock. I fitted a Whidden bedding block to it also. I bought a neck turn reamer against Robert Whitley's advice. Not the best move but..........WTH. 7.5 twist p5 barrel. will only shoot DTAC 115s. Supposedly they stay supersonic to 1600 yards but I've not done the math It offers a bunch but it asks a lot too. A 6-6.5x47 Lapua shoots ocassional tightest groups at the matches in Williamsport and it is a lot easier to build I.E. Savage rebarrel- Northland Shooters Supply. So to answer your ?, I doubt I would. I just built a 6.5x47L tactical and it was so easy. It's not a dedicated 1K BR rifle but I do get to shoot it now (jump up and down, throw my hands in the air, laugh out loud), Know what I mean.

Howdy, Did not want to hi jack thread but wanted to ask you about the 6mm super lr.......How is it working for you and do you feel it is worth perusing over the more standardized cartridges? If You were to going to do that gun over from scratch would that be your cartridge choice again?.........It's on my short list but I am still undecided....Thanks, Duke
