    7mm Berger 180 Hybrids

I love it, all these dead elk killed by a bullet that didn’t perform. I want to know what happens to the elk when hit by a bullet that does perform?

    7mm Berger 180 Hybrids

I didn’t think the hollow point on these bullets were for expansion. I thought it was for a larger meplat and possibly greater bearing surface. This article on match bullets may shed some light on the hollow point design...

    6.5 Creedmoor

Most of the hogs were shielded behind a large tree between us and them. You can see them in the photo taken through the 8x binoculars. We were quickly loosing daylight and took the first two that came out into the clear. There are plenty of hogs, in the second photo is one of two areas they've...

    6.5 Creedmoor

My son and I took 2 hogs at 270 yards with both of us shooting Rem. 260's with Hornady 140gr ELD-M bullets. His hog was broadside and mine was quartering away. Each of us shot at the same time and both hogs fell where they stood. I didn't recover either bullet but knowing how tough hogs can be I...

    Accidental Torture Test...

Out at 29 Palms we were setting up a pause for a M198 Howitzer, after the howitzer was laid the gun truck driver needed to move the 5 ton. While he was moving the truck he backed over five M16A2 rifles that had been stacked. It was dark and he didn't have his A-driver guiding him. Talk about...

    Tikka aftermarket stocks

I like the KRG Bravo stock (chassis) but I like shooting a heavier rig. It also takes AICS mags.

    Running Goats, 'Nuff Said!

The first antelope I shot was running (trotting). When it slid to a stop it was 27 paces away. When he hit the deck it sounded like a gut punch. I'm guessing he was somewhere between 30-35 yards away when I shot,......shame on me. ;)

Is my scope tracking incorrectly or is it "Shooter App"

I really appreciate everyone's feedback and help with this matter. I enjoy the way true hunters take care of each other.

Is my scope tracking incorrectly or is it "Shooter App"

I don't disagree and I will run a box and tall target test after my hunt. I'll come back to this thread and let everyone know the outcome of the test.

Is my scope tracking incorrectly or is it "Shooter App"

Believe me, I’ve checked everything in the app. My old scope was moa and shot great with the ballistic app. The only difference now is, it’s a mil scope, and I made the corrections for that. As has been stated, data kind of indicates a ~10% error in scope internals. I’ll test scope once I get...
