To answer a couple questions: 1) only selling to get the exact same scope with the MOAR reticle instead of the MOAR-T. (Dad has a hard time seeing the fine lines of the MOAR-T) 2) yes this is same scope being sold on europtic for $2700. It is the "enhanced" 2nd generation ATACR scope...
