    Think I'm going to try the 7mm-08, although those .30 cal lapua bullets sure looked like a lot of fun to handload. Guess I'll be sticking to hornady's for awhile longer. Now just to see how much I can get on a trade in for my Kimber 10mm :D Thanks guys!

    Hmm, never really considered Savage before. A couple other people have mentioned that to me. Remington 700 is like a staple in my family going back to my grandfather, we have a natural bias against anything else :D I do reload, which is what makes the 7mm-08 a tempting round over the .308...
