The heat treat has to be glass hard on the helix and it has to be polished very smooth.

The heat treat on it is probably not right, I would call fierce and see what they can help you with.

It's hard to tell from your pics, But it looks like the cocking cam or helix on the rear of the bolt may be galled. A Trigger that is not fit correctly or installed at the right height can also cause what you are experiencing.
