Do you have a Facebook account?

In Facebook I have developed a group of friends who share many common interests with me. These interests ran the gamut from politics and current events to hobbies such as photography and shooting. Often times one member within the group will find something that is of interest to him...

    Ladder test result question

Yes I have seen the same general pattern. I have run a half dozen different ladder tests and seen the same right to left, low to high pattern. Only one test showed a vertical 6 o-clock to 12 o-clock trend. As to what causes the pattern, I don't know. There were no issues with the rifles...

    Google earth accuracy

Verify that both your GPS and Google Earth are using the same coordinate system. I believe GE uses the WGS 84 datum.

    Savage F-Class rifle

I have now had a chance to put about 80 rounds through my Savage 12 F-Class. So far I am very happy. The results of my latest ladder test shot at 300 meters show a couple of nodes with a group size of approx. one inch (photo grid = one inch squares). It was very easy to get use to the light...

    A broken wing.

I doubt there was any thing wrong with the bird. A nesting bird will often act that way to draw predators away from their nest. This behavior is common in killdeers.
