Not to get into semantics, but do you mean "minimum/minimal" headspace, not max/longest? To me, I start bumping shoulders when headspace is gone.

Using Barnes' load data for this chambering & bullet, Quickload is giving me some surprisingly low est. MVs and pressure. I used H1000 as 1) I have it and 2) Barnes lists it as the most accurate powder for this bullet. Has anybody used H1000 and the 200 LRX in the 300 PRC?

I used the Lee hand prime for years until it neglected to fully seat some primers in different rifles, so I switched to the table top version and no more problems. No more sore hands, either.

Load up some Nosler 125 BTs and have fun. Light recoil. Deadly accurate.

I have a set; actually two (standard and belted magnum). I can't recall if there are 5 or 6 shellholders (the sixth would be a standard shellholder). The .010" shellholder is so that the shoulder is pushed down .010" less than SAAMI. You start there and try to see whether the case chambers...

I'm under the impression it's the opposite, e.g., they are incrementally higher to prevent pushing the shoulder down by .002" increments.

In my friend's Tikka T3 Lite, he's found success with 145 ELDXs over Re-26.

A friend just put one on his new Tikka Lite 270WSM and is shooting 145 ELDx. 200 yd zero and did a tracking test out to 600 yards (with target @ 200). Excellent tracking. I liked the scope so much that I bought a 2020 version with external markings on windage knob.
