SAAMI .243 Winchester has a .177" freebore. I had a reamer made by JGS for Peterson brass and Berger 105-109s. I went with .130" freebore .244" freebore diameter and .275"-.276" no trim neck. I've used the SAAMI chamber for 95 SST and was always able to get them to shoot really well.

Are you getting those marks when feeding from the magazine? It looks like marks from the barrel extension which are normal. I would use the Hornady tool for finding the lands before going in with a cutting tool.

The barrel blank can be finished up to 28" and the shank is 1.25", the muzzle is 980". 7 lbs 10 oz.
