Thanks it shoots as good as it looks! I shot one chuck over 800 yards this year with it using hornady 87 grn vmax.I also use a 243 a 204 AND A 221 FIREBALL AND A 22 HORNET.They are all fun but the ackley is the one for shots over 400 yards.

Here is a savage I built it's a target action RBLP with a pac-nor 30 inch 3 groove 6mm ackley with bench rest stock and 8-32x40 bushnell elite 4200. But buy a savage it's the best bang for the buck in 22-250 or a 243 you won't be sorry

The 40 vmax and lilgun is hard to beat in the hornet,I shot 2 fox at 200 yards and it put around a five inch exit hole in them.I also shot quite a few woodchucks out to 225 yards with no problem,any farther than that I use my 221 fireball or 204 ruger and for real long ones my 6mm ackley...

I'm using 13.2 grains of lilgun and a 40 vmax in my CZ,I have 2 clips and I modified one clip so I could seat them out farther.I tried the 35s but they slowed down pretty quick and the 40s grouped better at 200 yards.I use cci small rifle bench rest primers and they work great I tried pistol...

No not JB weld LOL!JB bore paste I use it in new guns it speeds up the brake in and polishes the bore and it doesn't copper up as bad and cleans easier.It also cleans copper out of the bore well.And I like remingtons,I use JB on every factory gun.

Sounds like it's on backwards to me,flip it around, the front should be smaller than the back.

I'd use some JB in the bore before you shoot it.Seems like all the remingtons I shoot like it I get a used bore brush put some jb on a patch and give it about 50 strokes and then put another patch on the brush and give it another 50 and one more with 50.After that the groups tighten and the gun...

Well this is the only one they make right now but i'm sure if this bullet gets popular they will make it in other cals and weights.The powerbelts really sell at the gunshop but if you fire them with a 150 charge they expand like a vmax.
