I use them both at the p-dog town. The 250 does kill em deader and quicker! The 223 vmax'x makes a pretty good mess but the 250 moves them piece by piece to the next hole. I use 40gr vmax in the 223 and Nosler comp 52gr BTHP in the 250. Pretty good setup.
