Will an 8 twist stabilize a 133-135 bullet? I want to build a 25 Saum but everything I am reading says 7.5 is the way to go?

I am at work today but can look at what I have when I get home. I think the 210's I have are target bullets. I think I have 4-5 boxes of these with one open box that I did load development with and used like 10 bullets. I don't have plans to shoot these so I would be willing to let all of them...
