Not sure what this means

I have 700 SPS 300 RUM w/Pac-nor 28” #5 w/timed break and bolt trued. I loaded ELD-X 212gr setted at 3.64”, 83.0 thru 85.0gr of IMR 7828SSC and CCI 250 primers. The 85.0gr grouped at 0.3” at 100yds and chronied at 3178 fsp. I was hoping to get 2970 fps like the Hornady book stated. Hope this...
