    Give 76 grains of H1000 with a 225 ELD 10/1000 off the lands a shot. Not real fast but has been super accurate in a couple rifles

    Have a 30" Bartlien with factory 225 it runs 2960. This was an average of the security me 5 rounds thru it. It will probably speed up just a little

    Thanks I see you have the choate stock. That is the stock I am looking at from CDI Gunworks. How do you like it? The 9 twist is also the same as I will be getting. Thought it would work well especially with the longer barrel. Your uses sound alot like mine how do you feel the 30 inch barrel...

    Thanks Venatic that's the stuff I have been searching for. I can and have carried heavy 30 inch barrels hunting. Tho it's not ideal. I like the idea of not having to push it hard to get good speed so I think I will stay with 26. I understand barrets reasons for the shorter barrel bit also...

    Not looking at running a suppressor at this time. Have been looking around some today and from what I can find I think 28 will do me well. Speed should be good and it shouldnt be to long to be used in a hunt should I choose.

    I am looking at building a 300 PRC and was curious as to what length most go with. I am considering 28 or 30 inch. Not sure either would be better than the other or even if 26 inch would be a good option. Open to suggestions or opinions. Thanks

    RL-16 recipes

    6.5 cm. 140 class bullets 42.4 RL16. Deadly accurate in mine. Has shot well all the way to 1000. RL 16 works well just about everywhere H4350 does.
