    6.5X47Lapua gets my vote, although I'd be looking very carefully at the 6.5 Creedmoore (Bit more boiler room). Both excellent at that distance.

    Good point there! That's why I didn't choose the new 'Christmas tree' style of reticle, Nightforce call the "Velocity 1000" as to me that is way too busy:)

    Sorry guys - I made a mistake below with the powder load, I provided a load of 40.5Grains after checking my data it was actually 40.0 Grains of 2208, with an estimated speed of 2410 F.P.S. Thanks.

    .308 + A-Max

    Yep, just conducted some load development with the Hornady A-Max 208Gr this past weekend, I'm very impressed with what initial results I obtained in my Savage 10FP 1:10 twist. Load: 208Gr A-Max, 40.5 Gr 2208 (Varget for you guys:D) = 0.221 MOA at 100M, 5 shot grouping! I'm stoked:)
