I haven't been able to find an orange vest on blackhawk.com. I did however after some more googling found one at this site: Hunting, Tactical & Concealed Carry Vests It does come in orange and I have asked for some better pictures as the ones there are too small to really study the design of it.

Thanks for the replies everyone. This project is still in the concept stage and you have given me a lot to think about. The kind of adjustable cheek piece hardware that we would be looking for is the type that raises a part of the stock, as opposed to the adjustable comb that you can buy.
