Nice rifle, too rich for my blood. Sendero used to be my dream rifle, now I'm partial to lighter rifles for hunting.

I have shot many deer with the 165 sst in my 30-06. Devistating. Also shot an elk with an encore pistol in 708. Bullet came apart, but hurt the elk enough to walk up and get a follow up shot. I would use a different bullet for elk.

Hello from Wyoming. I am mainly a hunter, no long range experience, but the concept intrigues me. Interested in learning all I can from the experienced ones, and someday set a rifle up and give it a go. Currently shooting 3006, 6.5x55, 250 savage, a Mosin, AR15, and a slew of handguns.
