From what I'vefound all powders have some kinda loss in velocity in ddecreased temps! And a increase in velocity with hi temps. But they say its not temp sensitive.. Even if the velocity is 25fps less in cold weather. On the other hand it could be the barometric pressure, or humidity is higher...

Also when sizing cases make sure you use a q tip and put some case lube on the neck. I've had problems with it not sizing right and had to run it through again. go wwith a tubbs speedlock firing pin if your building a 700, a 70, mauser. Increases locktime and saves weight.

So you could be right about the pressure, but I don't see any signs of high pressure. If I would go up more I proly would see sticky bolts crater primers, ect. If I get 7-8 reloads the psi can't be that bad.
