    7mm sherman max

That will be a great little rifle. With a 7.5 wont that be a little fast for such light bullets? If I had more rl26 I would be running the 177 hammers and 180+ from cutting edge.

7mm Sherman Max and 177 Gr hammer hunter

@ johnyee1 So I ran a batch of 168 mth from cutting edge bullets. The advantage I have is I am running my 7 max in a long action so I dont have to single feed. I ran a test batch with 4831sc and hit 2850 but I have now found rl26 and am going to try that should hit 3000 easy and I am seating...

Straight jacket armory does great work. I prefer preferredbarrelblanks. I am running a arc neuclus action so I just had preferred turn me a shouldered 7 max barrel and I spun it on.

So the question I have, since I have a neuclus action with a Springfield ejector system, other than sticky bolt lift how will I know pressure signs?

    What cartridge?

elkaholic that is Rich Sherman's name on here there is also a secret group on Facebook for the sherman stuff

    What cartridge?

While rich has plenty of brass the 7 sherman max or 280 sherman are a great choice 7 max can be formed from 7 saum and the 280 sherman from 280 rem cases

Look into preferred barrel blanks they produced a prefit for me and they have all of rich's reamers. That barrel shoots way better than I do

Yes letting the striker down once in a while isn't hard on it. I am talking about 200plus dryfires a month for trigger control and training. That is definitely hard on a striker.

Does anybody have any shot out, over annealed, basically trash 7max brass or 7 saum that I can make some snap caps with. I will pay for postage
