Is. 014 acceptable thickness in the necks?

I'm a little confused by Reddings bushing range chart for their S type dies in 300WSM and using these dies. The website says .335-.343 bushings for this load. I'm using Winchester brass that measures .342 when shot. Brass thickness is .014 and my reloads are coming in at .334 using standard...

My 20 in. 1/8 Armalite AR shoots Hornady 75 match under 1 in. at 200 yards but they don't expand to well at 2600 muzzle velocity. Getting good groups with Superformance 53 gr vmax at 3250 fps and Black Hills 60 gr vmax.

Not the same. Remingtons have a height difference from front to rear.

I've used the jelly like second skin kits you can get at any backpacking store with some success after a blister forms.
