where does one get primed rimfire brass?

carbon cant be dissolved by anything. the carbon ring is made up of small pieces of carbon bound together with esters. the key to removal is finding a solvent that breaks down the esters or binders that hold the carbon particles together. most solvents will do this, some better than others.
