    N568 Vihtavuori Powder

For those getting good results from the N568, which primers are you using? 215M, BR2, or 210M? Hornady specs magnum primers, but some people seem to get better es/sd from the LR primers.

    Federal 215 Primers

I ordered 5000 Federal 210M primers. I haven't seen these anywhere for awhile. The price is obscene, but you have to pay to play. They seem to have BR2 and 210M in stock (99+ bricks showing) but not much else for reloading. I can only assume they had a large standing order for primers.

    21st Century Carbide Mandrel Question

An expander mandrel is used to set inside neck diameter on either new or resized brass. It can be done prior to bullet seating or prior to inserting a turning mandrel that is used in conjunction with a neck turning lathe.

    21st Century Carbide Mandrel Question

No, it is their new carbide expander mandrel. It states that it is an expander mandrel. See the screenshot in post #3:

    21st Century Carbide Mandrel Question

The new carbide mandrels from 21st century are sized 0.0008 smaller than bullet diameter. Does anyone know why they went with this size instead of the standard 0.002 under? I asked them via email but never received a response.
