Check into purchasing some spare ammo and have it shipped to your outfitter several months ahead of time.

Used a 340 weatherby for 2 Alaskan grizzlies. Used 250 grain partition on both. Both were one shot kills. Better to have a accurate gun that you shoot accurately than poor hit with a bigger gun.

If you you need a brake on a gun then you need to go to a smaller caliber that you can handle the recoil....

Thanks Guys. I will check that stainless one out. She is tall like me so she can shoot a normal size rifle. This is going to be a wedding present for her. Looking for a used one that I can customize and then paint the stock like she wants. Found one on Gunbroker but they think a lot of it.
