It is quiet on my 300

I had the same issue on the past where the rifle shot excellent unsuppressed and then the group opened with the can on. Same can shot fine on other rifles. Never figured out why.

They are overly big. I have used 17HMR for head and neck, 17 Hornet, 223, and soon 204. The 7.62 and 300 would have a little more weight on hogs and ok for closer ranges.

Thanks for that intel again. The Sub X shoot good for me but worried the expansion is going to result in some body shot runners.

Looking to run these two calibers suppressed for night calling predators. Normally we can get Coyotes 75 yards and closer. Anybody ever use this bullet for such and if so how was terminal performance?

Sorry, bullet wise I ran Hornady Superformance V Max in 40 grain.

The RRA .204 upper shot superb. It is off now as I put a 300 blackout upper to shoot subs suppressed. I get the Ruger American Ranch Talo 204 this week and will mount optic and sight in. Won’t know until that time. Going to suppress and use that for my night call rifle.
