    Garmin inreach mini

I've used an Explorer for several years now. Super cheap insurance policy. It's a completely redundant backup to my cell and apps I use, which is the reason I prefer the Explorer over the Mini. With a standalone screen, if your cell is broken, lost, or dead, you are still good to go!

    Colorado unit62 help

Depends on the weather. Id start up near Divide Road and work my way down. Unless you get a bunch of snow, they'll be up high and there are a lot of springs up there for water to keep an eye out for.

    6.5 Creedmor- the Holy Grail?

Here's my anecdotal relevant (first-hand) story: We live at 8,000' in the heart of the Colorado Rockies. I have killed 20+ elk. Never lost one, but missed a couple. My 13yo son has been hunting since he was 6yo. He started on Missouri whitetail of which he has shot ~15+. Last year, he...

    In ear hearing protection

My son & I use the Sound Gear hunting version. When I am driving to where ever we are going hunting, he loads up the batteries and we put them in. When we are driving home, we pull them out and he pulls the batteries and puts them away. We both are more than happy to wear them all day...
