Might find this laughable, but my long range hunting is ground squirrels (gophers) in Northern Montana. I have a Kimber 22LR HS - very accurate, but the stock has a very high comb, making it difficult to get a good sight picture through the scope. The Talley base/rings for the Kimber 84M fit...

OK..... A couple of things to double-check... The height is .7" and the screws are 8-40?
