I will say that even with the creep in my seekins that it is still a very good trigger. Just looking for something a little better on this other rifle. Sounds like I’m going with a special
My seekins rifle has a tt primary in it and I’m not the impressed with it. It has noticeable amount of creep and the blade is a little thin for my taste. Are the special triggers better than the primary other than going to a lower pull weight? I can live with the blade if it’s a better trigger.
I’m in the market for a trigger for a 700. I’ve been looking at the 200 dollar range. The three I’m most interested in are the timney hit, bix n Andy Dakota, and triggertech special. Looking for opinions on these are any other triggers in the price range. Does need safety and bolt release.
I’m planning on ordering a ag for my Remington 700. Im interested in the Visigoth the alpine hunter and the k2. Any experience with these stocks. Will be mainly shot prone but also some off hand hunting situations. Weight isn’t a concern it will be a fiberglass model as well.
I shoot 215bergers with h1000. It’s avg 2960 with a pretty stiff charge. I think n570 is the powder for 230s and 245s. Buddy was shooting 230 hybrids close to 3100 in a factory bergara with 570. Both of our barrels are 26.
I’m going to order a new barrel for a Remington 700 243 soon. Going 26 inch heavy varmint 1:8.5 twist. The 2 barrels I’m torn between are brux and ace. Any input good or bad on either would be appreciated
