How Did my Fellow Wyomingites do in the Draw?

I drew a 62 bull tag and an area 9 cow tag

I got my money back. I'll be looking for bulls in a general area again this year.

My biggest bull to date was from a general tag. Some of the biggest bulls I have seen on the hoof were in general areas. This year I am hoping to change that as I drew area 32 which should be fun. Cmon September.

Had 7 tags @ 10 and no tags by noon. we have been discussing getting gen tags and heading west or just try for a leftover cow tag??? After reorganizing the freezers so the neighbor could have his spare back I may just pass on elk this year...

No elk tag for me.... again! Mismanagement on elk heard led to license cut backs and by the time non resident and land owner tags are filled you might as well be trying to draw a sheep tag.

We'll be right next door in 30 looking for bulls for my mom.

I have heard good things about 30 as well. I tagged along on a 64 late tag once and saw some very good bulls as well.

My biggest bull to date is a general also. Not a bad deal, just populated. with people.

Missed out on my first two choices, (1,38) but got a cow tag for area 38. Starts Oct first so I have to hurry my Antelope hunt and beat feet to the Big Horns.

Same thing happened last year, which worked out, my first choice again was area 1, but lucked on not getting drawn. On opening day they had 4 foot of snow. Just a smidgen of snow in the Big Horns.
