I use the Redding Full length Bushing die in 270 WSM. I use .295 and .294 bushings depending on the age of the brass and who made it.
The .270 WSM bushing die works great you just choose smaller bushings than the .307 bushing I use for the .270 WSM.
I have a seating die that was made with the chambering reamer from a Wilson Blank. I have seperate tops and stems for 4 different bullets with this seater. I am currently working with the 140 Berger VLD Hunting stem. I use shims from Sinclair to adjust the seating depth.
I intend to purchase a Wilson Size Die in .270 WSM for the 6.5 WSM
I settled on 64.8 gr of R-22 with 120 gr Ballistic tips and 120 Tripple Shoks. I prefer Retumbo for heavier bullets. I got 3340 fps with this load from 26 inch barrel. I use CCI 250 primers because I that is what I have on hand.

ive had my 6.5 wsm for 3 years. so far i shot 320 rounds thru it.
it has an 8 twist 26" brux barrel on a lefty savage action.
ive used every bullet from 120s to 142s and it liked all of them.
im currently using 140 bergers but the 140 smks work just as well.
ive used rl19 rl22 7828 and h1000 powder. never tried retumbo.
my current load is 64 gr of h1000 which is sending the 140 at +3300.
that according to actual shooting information not the chrony.
i would caution you about brass as not all will perform well with hot loads.
i am currently using norma which is superior to winchester for max loads.
i use 270 win wsm brass. my dies are just basic lee full legnth which i got on ebay. i personaly full legnth resize everything as i hunt with my guns.
dont be expacting long life from your brass or barrel if you want max performance.

For 140 gr Bullets, I have settled on 66.5gr of Retumbo. I have used Wolf Magnum, CCI 250 and Federal 215M primers in order of hotness. With CCI 250s I am right at 3200 instrumental from a 28 inch barrel. Let me know if you see some Retumbo for sale.
I also like 67.8 gr of VihtaVuori N-570 (SD is very low) for about the same speed.
I use between 67 and 68 gr of Retumbo with 130 Accubonds and 129 Hornadys for 3300 or over fps.
When Hodgdon H-1000 came out, I called and talked to Bruce Hodgdon about H-1000 in the .264 Winchester Magnum. I had two Model 70s with 26 inch barrels in that caliber, one was a custom barrel the other factory. Neither Bruce or I got 3200 fps out of our attempts with H-1000 with 140 gr bullets. We got close but not quite. We were using up to 70 gr of H-1000 and never got there.
H-1000 is the same powder as Retumbo but with less retardant. I just ran several groups of H-1000 with Wolf mild Magnum primers up to 62.7 gr for 3030 fps shooting 140 MatchKings. I tried 62.85 (my scale reads to the hundredth grain) but ended up pulling the bullets (3050fps) That was from my 28 inch Krieger barrel. (I also have a 6.5 WSM with a 26 inch Rock Creek 5R barrel.

I'm just starting load development for my WSM and first choice of powder will be RL33 pushing 140's and160's

I'm very curious to see what RL-33 offers for the 160's. With N570, i'm beating on the door of 3100fps. I expect to exceed that before I pressure out, we'll see.
RL-22 should be a great powder for the WSM however, I haven't tried it. Ramshot Magnum would be another great choice.

I am very interested in seeing how 33 does with the 160's as well I think it's a promising combo.
