I do extensive searches before trying a new load which will be 168 VLDH, retumbo, win. super brass. All loads I've seen includes f210 or gm210m primers ( both seem to be nonexistent till next year). I have cci 250, and WLRM .

Has anyone had luck with other primers and this combo?
Is it worth my time to try since all other recipes are calling for the hottest primer?

Both the CCI and WLRM are good primers. Use them up. Although you may see differences in ES and velocity with different primers. A really good load will normally shoot great no matter what primer you use.

Man I screwed up my original post. I ment to ask about 215 and 215m. However I did have 210m and have tried this combo with more than two 4 shot groups under .7 moa. H1000 is proving to be more accurate but at a higher chamber pressure. Bad for brass life.

Whats your retumbo load?

How is your ES with WLRM? I had really high ES with cci250. When I used 210m my ES was cut in half but added 1 to 1.5 grains to find the accuracy sweet spot again.

I'm using Retumbo, 73 gr with 168 VLD and the 215M primer which I have no shortage of those or the 215s. How many do you want? As I did with another member a few weeks ago, I'll sell you some at your risk. The other buyer received his successfully. I sent them with the new required logo on the box in addition to pre-printed ORM-D labels on either side of the box.

If you are interested let me know. But I think your WLRM will work fine. My loads are over 3000 fps

Fed primers are the best available across the globe in my opinion and experience. Remingtons are the worst.

Horrible conditions heavy rain and constant swirling winds . I just love excuses:rolleyes:

Derik M im sending you a PM.

I can't remember what my ES is, but it was around 35 fps. Yeah, that basically sucks for a long range rig. I ended up buying a brick of WLRM primers during a presidential election year because that was all I could find.
