Strange request

Does anyone have a single piece of 7 STW brass with a nice clean head stamp they would part with? It can have a damaged neck or case wall, I will just be using the bottom say 1/4" of it.
I would gladly send you money for the brass and postage via paypal.

I have exactly 100 rounds of STW brass and would rather not break up my set.

I've got some old Federal (FC) 7STW brass that is clean and polished up really shiny, but no longer good for shooting, if you want it?

Is that a bolt knob? That is really cool! How much would it cost to get one done (including the knob)?

I don't know what he charges with the knob, I am also sending him the knob I want to use.
