To make a long story short... I was bedding my new Mcmillan A3 stock to my Browning action w/new barrel and accedently broke the trigger in half when i set the action down. Now this would be the second trigger I have broken on this gun and I cannot find any after market triggers that are not cheapo ones from Browning. Does anyone know of someone who makes triggers for these? Thanks for you help.

Who else has had this problem? I have had several people call and inquire if I will fix these. I truly only work on Weatherby rifles so I do not take the Browning rifles on. I took one in trade for work I did on A Accumark and the trigger broke right in half as I was pulling on it! I could not believe it. Have others also experiencing this?

There is a company in Idaho that makes an adjustable replacement trigger for Browning A-Bolts. If memory serves me correct there are two different triggers for the A-Bolt. One is thinner/smaller than the other. Brownells use to sell these triggers. They were about $90.00 and had good reviews.

I think they were called Moyer Triggers.
